Our vision of recruiting for a better world is at the heart of everything we do. We're proud to support businesses across life-changing industries making an impact on our future.
Every company and individual is unique, that's why our approach to recruitment is too.
We have a long history of diversity, inclusion and engagement. It is a longstanding Kelly policy to provide equal employment opportunity in recruitment, selection, training, compensation, promotion, job transfer and assignments.
Today, we have a diverse workforce of more than half a million employees globally. As global champions for diversity, it is important to us that our workforce reflects the diverse regions, industries, and customers that we serve.
Alongside our own endeavours to be ever-evolving, we work with organisations in Ireland that share in our goal of working towards a better world for us all.

Henpicked is raising awareness of menopause in the workplace. In partnership with them, we’re pressing play on the conversation around the impact of menopause and how we can make the world of work a more menopause friendly place.
We’re proud to have educated our staff on a topic that affects our family, friends and colleagues but is so rarely discussed. Now, as a menopause friendly accredited business, we’re working to share that knowledge with others.

Barnardos works for and with vulnerable children in Ireland. Their mission is to help transform children’s lives through the services they offer. As a team, we participated in a 5km walk, run or cycle which raised over €500 for the charity.
Barnardos supports parents in difficult situations and challenges society where it fails our children. We are delighted to have contributed to their fundraising efforts all while enjoying some time outdoors.

Team Kelly Ireland took part in the 100 miles in February Challenge to raise vital funds for patients at the Mater Public Hospital. Each team member walked, jogged or run 100 miles over the month. The team reached their target distance by the end of February (despite stormy weather!) and raised over €600 for the organisation.
The Mater Foundation hosts this annual fundraiser so that the Mater Hospital can continue to provide world-class patient care. The funds raised could support medical research or, the refurbishment of family rooms so patients and their loved ones have somewhere private and quiet.
